Spa Policy

The tranquil ambiance at Adriana Spa is designed for adults and teenagers. In observance of our peaceful setting, kindly mute cell phones and pagers. Please dress in comfortable clothing suitable for your treatments. Please refrain from wearing valuables as we are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. In our consistent effort to maintain a healthy environment our spa is smoke free.


Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to scheduled appointments, both as a courtesy to clients following you as well as to assist us in maintaining our schedule.


We greatly appreciate your patronage. To ensure you access to specific times with specific therapists, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa. We will do our best to honor and accommodate special requests for the professional of your choice subject to their availability.


If a cancellation is necessary, please advise us 24 hours in advance of a single service and 48 hours in advance of a multiple services or spa packages. If we do not receive notice within the noted time frames a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply.


Should you fail to meet the scheduled appointment, a “no show” charge of 100% of the scheduled service will be applied to your credit card. Payments may be made by credit card, personal check (with driver’s license and one additional form of identification) or cash.


Adriana Spa gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for six months from the date of purchase and must be presented upon arrival to the spa. If an appointment is made for the use of a gift certificate and you fail to show up, the gift certificate will be deemed void. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.


Gratuities are not included in the cost of services. They are graciously appreciated and left to the discretion of our clients.
